New Glarus Glarner Knights (New Glarus, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lancaster Flying Arrows (Lancaster, WI), 66-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, New Glarus upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Glarner Knights host Oregon (Oregon, WI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 7-0. Oregon won 44-26 in their recent non-league bout against Watertown (Watertown, WI)
Next up, the Flying Arrows play the Platteville Hillmen (Platteville, WI) in a Southwest Wisconsin bout, on Thursday, December 7. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Hillmen come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 74-52 non-league win over Shullsburg (Shullsburg, WI).
