The Mount Ayr Raiders basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Lenox Tigers to 59 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bedford for a Pride of Iowa - West contest on Friday, December 8. Mount Ayr will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 77-35 league loss to Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stanton (Stanton, IA). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Stanton prevailed over Griswold (Griswold, IA), 66-25, in a non-league contest.
