In Tuesday's league outing, the Lyon County Lyons (Eddyville, KY) basketball squad beat the host Livingston Central Cardinals (Smithland, KY), by a margin of 44-28.

The Lyons (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Wildcats go into the District 5 outing with a 2-1 record.

The Cardinals now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Union County for a non-league outing on Friday, December 8. Livingston Central will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 48-32 non-league win over Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Braves record now stands at 1-1.
