MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA), 56-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, MFL MarMac upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Postville (Postville, IA) to play the Pirates in a Upper Iowa bout on Friday, December 8. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Postville lost 57-24 in their recent league bout against North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA)

Next up, the Trojans play the Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA) in a Upper Iowa bout, on Friday, December 8. Turkey Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 48-23 league loss to Kee (Lansing, IA).
