Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Minot Magicians (Minot, ND) and the visiting Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND), saw Minot's basketball squad overcome Red River by a tally of 68-56.
With the victory, Minot improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Magicians host Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Turtle Mountain lost 89-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND)
Next up, the Roughriders confront the Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Red River will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Demons come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 64-49 non-league win over West Fargo (West Fargo, ND).
