Oneida Indians (Oneida, TN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oakdale Eagles (Oakdale, TN), 64-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Oneida upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Coalfield (Coalfield, TN) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Yellow Jackets come into the bout with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Eagles play the Midway Green Wave (Kingston, TN) in a 1A District 4 bout, on Friday, December 8. Oakdale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Green Wave come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 41-30 league win over Wartburg Central (Wartburg, TN).
