In Tuesday's league outing, the Tompkins Falcons (Katy, TX) basketball squad edged the host Seven Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX), by a margin of 65-61.
The Falcons (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against Katy Taylor (Katy, TX). The Mustangs go into the 6A Region III District 19 outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Katy Taylor held off Bridgeland (Cypress, TX), 69-58, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Morton Ranch for a 6A Region III District 19 outing on Friday, December 8. Seven Lakes will clash with a Mavericks squad coming off a 48-23 league loss to Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 3-11.
