Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Westside Seminoles (Macon, GA), 74-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Spalding upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Jaguars host West Laurens (Dexter, GA) to play the Raiders in a AAAA Region 2 bout on Friday, December 8. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 2-2. West Laurens won 36-32 in their recent league bout against Howard (Macon, GA)

Next up, the Seminoles play the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 6. Westside will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 41-31 non-league win over Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA).
