The C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons (Pikeville, NC) basketball knocked off the host Goldsboro Cougars (Goldsboro, NC), 43-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Golden Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Princeton (Princeton, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record.
The Cougars now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to South Granville for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Goldsboro will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 55-31 non-league win over Cummings (Burlington, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-2.
