Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC), 61-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Trinity upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Oak Grove won 60-41 in their recent non-league bout against Thomasville (Thomasville, NC)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 6. East Davidson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 63-38 non-league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC).
