Tate Aggies (Cantonment, FL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host West Florida Jaguars (Pensacola, FL), 42-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Tate upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Aggies host Niceville (Niceville, FL) to play the Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-3.

Next up, the Jaguars play the Lighthouse Private Christian Academy Stingrays (Pensacola, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. West Florida will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Stingrays come into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 72-44 non-league win over Santa Rosa Christian (Milton, FL).
