The Childersburg Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Vincent Yellow Jackets to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Tigers now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Altamont for a 3A Area 8 game on Monday, December 9.

With the loss, Vincent falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to Comer (Sylacauga, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, December 6. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-1. Comer won 83-36 in their recent non-league game against Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL)
