In Thursday's league contest, the host The Forest School Phoenix basketball team scored a good 56-43 triumph over the CrossPointe Christian Academy Cavaliers.
The Phoenix (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Peachtree Academy (Covington, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Peachtree Academy was toppled by Westminster Christian Academy (Watkinsville, GA), 74-34, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Covington Academy Bulldogs (Covington, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 9. CrossPointe Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 70-65 league loss to Hills Academy (Conyers, GA).
