Minnesota High School Basketball - Sleepy Eye overwhelmed by New Ulm Cathedral

December 5, 2024: New Ulm, MN 56073

In Thursday's league test, the New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds (New Ulm, MN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN), by a score of 66-38.

Next, the Greyhounds encounter the St. Mary's Knights (Sleepy Eye, MN) in a A Section 2 test, on Monday, December 9. New Ulm Cathedral will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.

The Indians (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Lester Prairie (Lester Prairie, MN). The Bulldogs come into the A Section 2 test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Lester Prairie was ripped by Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN), 86-75, in a league game.
