The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI) and the visiting Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI), observed Sturgeon Bay's basketball team knock off Oconto by a score of 62-53.

The Clippers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI). The Bulldogs come into the Packerland challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Peshtigo was knocked off by Southern Door (Brussels, WI), 88-59, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils encounter the Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI) in a Packerland challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Oconto will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 78-35 league win over Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran (Green Bay, WI).
