In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Del Norte Nighthawks basketball team scored a big 60-24 win over the Grossmont Foothillers.
The Nighthawks (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 6-0 record.
In their next game, the Foothillers battle the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) in a contest, on Saturday, December 7. Grossmont will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Vaqueros come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 57-18 non-league loss to Valley Center (Valley Center, CA).
