Ashton-Franklin Center Raiders (Ashton, IL) fans went home pleased Thursday as they observed their basketball team knock off the visiting Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL), 47-31 in a league challenge.

The Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Oregon (Oregon, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Oregon was knocked off by Polo (Polo, IL), 44-36, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the West Carroll Thunder (Savanna, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Morrison will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Thunder come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 52-49 non-league win over Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL).
