The Midway Falcons basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting Valley View Eagles to 37 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Olney for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. Midway will confront a Cubs team coming off a 51-36 non-league loss to Chico (Chico, TX). The Cubs record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Valley View falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Forestburg (Forestburg, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league game on Friday, December 6. The Longhorns go into the game with a record of 4-3. Forestburg lost 56-41 in their recent non-league game against Harrold (Harrold, TX)
