North Carolina High School Basketball - South Charlotte overwhelmed by South Guilford HomeSchool

In Thursday's league test, the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars (High Point, NC) basketball squad trounced the host South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC), by a score of 53-7.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Surry HomeSchool Runnin' Patriots (Mount Airy, NC) in a North Carolina Home Education - West test, on Thursday, December 12. South Guilford HomeSchool will attempt to improve on its 14-0 season record. The Runnin' Patriots come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 50-36 league win over South Charlotte (Matthews, NC).

The Thunder (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC). The Runnin' Patriots come into the North Carolina Home Education - West test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Surry HomeSchool was routed by Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC), 57-34, in a non-league test.
