Nevada High School Basketball - Lowry fells Spanish Springs

The Lowry Buckaroos basketball team scored 43 points and limited the host Spanish Springs Cougars to 25 in the Buckaroos non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Buckaroos now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Manogue for a non-league game on Friday, December 6. Lowry will confront a Miners team coming off a 33-31 non-league win over Carson (Carson City, NV). The Miners record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Spanish Springs falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Reno (Reno, NV) to confront the Huskies in a game on Tuesday, December 10. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 1-1. Reno lost 27-24 in their recent league game against Galena (Reno, NV)
