The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) and the visiting Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN), witnessed Rosemount's ice hockey team nip Apple Valley by a final score of 4-3.

The Irish (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN). The Panthers come into the South Suburban challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Lakeville North got by Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN), 5-3, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Lakeville South Cougars (Lakeville, MN) in a South Suburban challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Apple Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 5-3 league loss to Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN).
