In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Tocoi Creek Toros basketball team scored a good 42-31 triumph over the Nease Panthers.
The Toros (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Bishop Kenny was topped by Oakleaf (Orange Park, FL), 26-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Creekside Knights (St. Johns, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Nease will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 26-13 non-league loss to Riverside (Jacksonville, FL).
