Strayhorn Mustangs (Sarah, MS) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Coahoma County Red Panthers (Clarksdale, MS), 8-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Strayhorn moves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Senatobia (Senatobia, MS) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, December 7. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-2. Senatobia lost 9-1 in their recent league test against New Albany (New Albany, MS)

The Red Panthers now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Independence for a 1A Region 2 test on Thursday, December 12.
