    • North Carolina High School Basketball - Carson overwhelms A.L. Brown

    December 5, 2025: Kannapolis, NC 28083

    The Carson Cougars basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host A.L. Brown Wonders to 54 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

    The Cougars now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Concord for a South Piedmont 4A/5A game on Tuesday, December 9. Carson will confront a Spiders team coming off a 75-70 non-league loss to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Spiders record now stands at 3-3.

    With the loss, A.L. Brown falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Wonders travel to North Rowan (Spencer, NC) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 9. The Cavaliers enter the outing with a record of 1-3.
