With the victory, East Ascension upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Spartans host Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA) to face the Lumberjacks in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 17. The Lumberjacks enter the match with a record of 1-3.

The Cubs now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkway for a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. University Lab will confront a Panthers team coming off a 49-35 non-league win over Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
