The John Paul II Cardinals basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Legacy Christian Academy Eagles to 62 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Covenant Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, December 6. John Paul II will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 54-41 non-league win over Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-0.

The Eagles (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Cistercian (Irving, TX). The Hawks come into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Cistercian was beaten by Grace Prep (Arlington, TX), 64-32, in a non-league bout.
