The Big Sandy Pioneers were victorious over the host North Toole County Refiners basketball squad by a final score of 56-45 in Friday's non-league game.
The Pioneers now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6.
With the loss, North Toole County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Refiners host Heart Butte (Heart Butte, MT) to confront the Warriors in a C District 10 game on Thursday, December 11.
