New Mexico High School Basketball - Roswell routs Carlsbad

In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Roswell Coyotes basketball team scored a big 50-24 win over the Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls.
The Coyotes (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Artesia (Artesia, NM). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Artesia was crushed by Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM), 40-33, in a non-league match.
The Cavemen/Cavegirls now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bel Air for a non-league match on Saturday, December 6. Carlsbad will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 47-40 non-league loss to Deming (Deming, NM). The Highlanders record now stands at 8-5.
