The LaPoynor Flyers basketball team scored 51 points and limited the host Scurry-Rosser Wildcats to 30 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Flyers now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitehouse for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 6. LaPoynor will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 78-23 non-league win over Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-0.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Molina (Dallas, TX). The Jaguars go into the non-league game with a 4-11 record. In their last game, Molina was ripped by Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX), 52-13, in a non-league game.
