New Mexico High School Basketball - Texico overwhelms To'hajiilee

The Texico Wolverines basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting To'hajiilee Warriors to 12 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolverines now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Magdalena for a non-league game on Saturday, December 6. Texico will confront a Steers team coming off a 67-20 non-league win over Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM). The Steers record now stands at 3-0.
The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Silverbacks come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Legacy Academy bounced Grady (Grady, NM), 33-19, in a non-league test.
