The South Paulding Spartans basketball team (Douglasville, GA), dropped 86-68 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA)

The Cougars now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paulding County for a AAAAAA Region 5 battle on Saturday, December 10. Alexander will battle a Patriots team coming off a 60-52 non-league win over White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 3-3.
