The North Scott Lancers basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Assumption Knights to 58 in the Lancers league victory on Tuesday.
The Lancers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Clinton for a Mississippi contest on Friday, December 9. North Scott will battle a Sabers team coming off a 69-56 league loss to Davenport Central (Davenport, IA). The Sabers record now stands at 1-1.
The Knights (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Davenport North (Davenport, IA). The Wildcats come into the Mississippi contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Davenport North was defeated by Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA), 64-55, in a league contest.
