The Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) basketball nipped the visiting Lewis County Lions (Vanceburg, KY), 56-51 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Russell (Russell, KY). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Russell got by West Carter (Olive Hill, KY), 55-43, in a non-league test.
