Texas High School Basketball - Brownfield can't hold off Childress

The Childress Bobcats basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Brownfield Cubs to 68 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bobcats now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seymour for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Childress will battle a Panthers team coming off a 59-53 non-league loss to City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.
The Cubs (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wink (Wink, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Wink was nudged by Reagan County (Big Lake, TX), 65-37, in a non-league contest.
