The Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) basketball knocked off the visiting Gibsonburg Golden Bears (Gibsonburg, OH), 49-34 in Tuesday's league test.
The Senecas (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH). The Chieftains go into the Sandusky Bay - River test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Hopewell-Loudon notched a victory over Danbury (Lakeside, OH), 82-54, in a league test.
The Golden Bears now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Lakota for a Sandusky Bay - River test on Thursday, December 15.
