Nebraska High School Basketball - Hitchcock County trounces Wauneta-Palisade

The Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) basketball smashed the visiting Wauneta-Palisade Broncos (Wauneta, NE), 63-16 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

The Falcons now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maywood/Hayes Center for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Hitchcock County will battle a Wolves team coming off a 61-5 non-league win over Decatur Community (Oberlin, KS). The Wolves record now stands at 3-0.

The Broncos (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Decatur Community (Oberlin, KS). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Decatur Community was routed by Maywood/Hayes Center (Maywood, NE), 61-5, in a non-league contest.
