The Morrison Mustangs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Sherrard Tigers to 34 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverdale for a Three Rivers - West contest on Friday, December 9. Morrison will play a Rams squad coming off a 56-41 league win over Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL). The Rams record now stands at 6-1.

Next up, the Tigers play the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Sherrard will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
