Mountain View Yellowjackets (Mountain View, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Walnut Ridge Bobcats (Walnut Ridge, AR), 56-22 in a league bout.

With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to Melbourne (Melbourne, AR) to clash with the Bearkatz in a 3A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Bearkatz go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Melbourne lost 55-40 in their recent league bout against Newport (Newport, AR)

Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Pocahontas Redskins (Pocahontas, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Walnut Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
