Sturgeon Bay Clippers (Sturgeon Bay, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Oconto Blue Devils (Oconto, WI), 74-70 in a league bout.

With the win, Sturgeon Bay upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Clippers travel to Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI) to play the Bulldogs in a Packerland bout on Friday, December 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Peshtigo won 65-55 in their recent league bout against Southern Door (Brussels, WI)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Algoma Wolves (Algoma, WI) in a Packerland bout, on Friday, December 9. Oconto will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 64-45 league loss to Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran (Green Bay, WI).
