The Allen Park Jaguars (Allen Park, MI) basketball nipped the host Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI), 40-37 in Tuesday's league test.

The Jaguars (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Taylor (Taylor, MI). The Griffins go into the Downriver test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Taylor got by Carlson (Gibraltar, MI), 34-26, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Roosevelt for a Downriver test on Thursday, December 8. Trenton will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 57-50 non-league loss to Grosse Ile (Grosse Ile, MI). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
