Alabama High School Basketball - Boaz knocked off by Arab

The Arab Knights basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Boaz Pirates to 34 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Guntersville for a 5A Area 14 contest on Friday, December 9. Arab will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 51-31 league win over Fairview (Cullman, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.
The Pirates (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sardis (Boaz, AL). The Lions enter the 5A Area 13 contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Sardis ran past Alexandria (Alexandria, AL), 56-39, in a non-league contest.
