Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Dalton Academy Pumas (Dalton, GA), 81-8 in a league bout.

With the win, Armuchee upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Indians host Pepperell (Lindale, GA) to clash with the Dragons in a A D1 Region 7 bout on Friday, December 9. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Pepperell lost 51-36 in their recent league bout against Darlington (Rome, GA)

Next up, the Pumas clash with the Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA) in a A D1 Region 7 bout, on Friday, December 9. Dalton Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 58-55 league loss to Chattooga (Summerville, GA).
