With the victory, Bessemer City improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to confront the Pride in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Pride come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Pine Lake Prep won 52-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Davidson Day (Davidson, NC)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) in a 3A Conference 50 challenge, on Friday, December 9. Huss will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 59-38 non-league loss to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC).
