The Calhoun County Cougars basketball team scored 96 points and held the visiting Pataula Charter Academy Panthers to 2 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Early County for a A D2 Region 1B contest on Friday, December 9. Calhoun County will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 48-37 league win over Terrell County (Dawson, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-1.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Terrell County (Dawson, GA). The Greenwave enter the A D2 Region 1A contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Terrell County was routed by Early County (Blakely, GA), 48-37, in a league contest.
