The Hamburg Hawks basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Tulpehocken Trojans to 21 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pequea Valley for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Hamburg will battle a Braves team coming off a 62-14 league win over Linden Hall School for Girls (Lititz, PA). The Braves record now stands at 1-0.
The Trojans (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
