The Lanier County Bulldogs basketball team (Lakeland, GA), was overwhelmed 71-25 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Pierce County Bears (Blackshear, GA)
The Bears now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charlton County for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 8. Pierce County will confront a Indians team coming off a 69-65 non-league loss to Bacon County (Alma, GA). The Indians record now stands at 0-1.
The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hamilton County (Jasper, FL). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Hamilton County was overwhelmed by Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA), 40-35, in a non-league battle.
