The West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Lewis Lancers (Springfield, VA), 80-4 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their test against James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Warhawks go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, James Madison was trounced by Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA), 53-46, in a non-league test.
The Lancers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Osbourn for a non-league test on Friday, December 9. Lewis will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 41-30 league win over John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
