The Milaca Wolves basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Spectrum Sting to 40 in the Wolves league victory on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hinckley-Finlayson for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Milaca will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 67-30 non-league loss to Braham (Braham, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-2.
The Sting (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against PACT Charter (Ramsey, MN). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, PACT Charter prevailed over Twin Cities Academy/Great River (St. Paul, MN), 66-35, in a non-league bout.
