Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), 60-56 in a league bout.

With the victory, Saint Ignatius College Prep upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Lyons (LaGrange, IL) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 7-1. Lyons won 67-26 in their recent league bout against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL)

Next up, the Blazers play the Waukesha West Wolverines (Waukesha, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Trinity will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 6-1 record after their 57-47 non-league win over Brookfield Central (Brookfield, WI).
