Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 77-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Steele upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Knights host United South (Laredo, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 13-2. United South won 61-48 in their recent non-league bout against United (Laredo, TX)

Next up, the Matadors clash with the Harlandale Indians (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Seguin will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 60-32 non-league win over John F. Kennedy (San Antonio, TX).
